Make Your Presence Absolutely Undeniable. Here's How.
The Somatic Audit is a 75-minute private session where I do a full physical read of your specific body patterns and hand you a written protocol for exactly what needs to shift.
You've done the work. People still don't see you.
You walk into a room and deliver. You lead meetings, close deals, hold space for everyone around you. You are great at what you do, you get along with everyone and yet — you notice: people rely on you, but they don't actually feel you.
You've read the books. Sat in the therapy chair. Done the breathing exercises. The gap between what you know intellectually and what your body actually does in the rooms that matter is costing you — in connection, in influence, in the way you move through the world.
The Somatic Audit
Step into a deeply personal 75-minute session where we embark on an intimate journey: a full, intuitive read of your body's unspoken story. We observe the nuanced language of your physicality, exploring:
  • Your micro-gestures
  • Unconscious ways you hold tension
  • How you occupy space and claim ground
  • The authentic resonance of your voice
You leave with a personalized written protocol.
This isn't merely an assessment; it's a profound co-creation. I offer a refined, expert eye to decode your somatic patterns. You bring a brave willingness to feel more deeply, embody your truth, and allow your body's innate wisdom to guide your way forward. Together, we uncover the powerful, authentic presence that has always been yours, waiting to be fully expressed.
How the Session Works
1
Body Mapping Questionnaire
Completed before we meet. This gives me a baseline of where you think your patterns live — and later, we'll see where your body tells a different story.
2
The Physical Read
I watch you move, breathe, walk, sit, gesture, and speak. I observe exactly what your patterns reveal — things you cannot see about yourself.
3
Co-Creation
I guide you through specific movements designed to surface what your body has been holding outside your conscious awareness. You feel what surfaces and reflect in real time.
4
The Debrief
We recap what came up in plain terms, so your body's wisdom doesn't get mentally filed away the moment you close your laptop.
What You Leave With
After the session, you receive a written document — yours to keep, act on, and return to.
The Pattern Map
Exactly what your body is doing — possibly without your knowledge — in the moments that matter most. In relationships. At work. In every room you walk into.
The Cost Assessment
What each pattern is costing you in connection, presence, and the way people experience being near you.
The Shift Protocol
Concrete practices to begin changing it — physical enough that your body leads the shift, not your mind. You can start the same week.
What This Is — and What This Isn't
This Is ✓
  • A private session with a written deliverable — a read of your body and a protocol for what to shift.
  • Co-creation. I observe and guide. You move and feel. Insights come from both directions.
  • A standalone experience with independent value. You don't need to buy anything else for this to work.
This Is Not ✗
  • A coaching call or therapy session. No deep dives into mindset, trauma, or attachment style.
  • A magic trick. I cannot wave a wand and make your presence immediately undeniable.
  • Passive. You move. You participate. You excavate your own wisdom.
One Session. One Protocol.

Who is Lily Shepard?
Lily Shepard has spent over 20 years studying how bodies communicate, perform and protect. She's a former professional dancer who holds a Bachelors of Science in Dance, is a certified trauma-informed yoga instructor and somatic stress relief practitioner, and has performed alongside Beyoncé and in commercials for Dell and Bud Light among others.
She has presented at SXSW, led corporate workshops on embodied leadership and employee wellbeing at companies like Apple and Dropbox, and worked with hundreds of women privately.
The Somatic Audit exists because Lily kept noticing the same thing — women who had done years of inner work, built impressive careers, still couldn't figure out why they felt such a disconnection to their bodies and why people experienced their competence but never really experienced them.
She is based in Austin, Texas. She is the author of Pleasure Principles For Driven Women: Reclaiming Pleasure Through Movement and the founder of Unavailable Women, a private community for women practicing embodied authority.
